Free users get 5 credits daily (requires login) with standard quality outputs and watermarks. Paid plans offer more credits, higher resolution outputs (up to 4K), no watermarks, commercial license, and priority processing. Paid users also get unlimited history retention.
What is the difference between subscription credits and credit packs?
Subscription credits are included with your plan and reset monthly. Any unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire and don't reset. When you use credits, subscription credits are consumed first.
Can I use the generated images commercially?
Yes! All paid plans (including credit pack purchases) include a full commercial license. You can use your generated images for any commercial purpose including marketing materials, products, websites, and more. Free tier outputs are for personal use only.
How many credits does each tool use?
Credit usage varies by tool and model: Background Remover (1 credit), Background Changer (2-4 credits), Image Upscaler (1-2 credits), Object Remover (2 credits), Watermark Remover (1-2 credits), Image Generator (1-15 credits depending on the model), Video Generator (10-30 credits), and other tools (1-6 credits). Higher resolution outputs may cost additional credits.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual subscriptions?
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and auto-renew until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the full year at a 25% discount. Annual plans do not auto-renew—you'll be notified before expiration.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. For monthly plans, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans don't auto-renew, so no cancellation is needed—your plan simply expires at the end of the year.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 24 hours of initial purchase, provided no credits have been used. Refunds are not available for: requests after 24 hours, renewals, monthly auto-renewal charges (cancel instead), or promotional/discounted purchases. Contact support@visualero.com for refund requests.
